The Content Flywheel

Content, handled.

Most small companies don't have a content problem. They have a nobody-has-three-hours-a-week problem. I run the same research, drafting, and scheduling system I built for my own marketing on your brand, so you get consistent, on-voice content without hiring anyone or becoming a part-time content person yourself.

How it works

A weekly system, not a content calendar you have to feed

Every week runs the same four steps. Your part is step three.

01

Research

The system scans the trade press your audience actually reads and runs live research on what they're discussing, worried about, and not hearing enough of.

02

Draft

Every idea gets scored, checked against everything you've already posted, and the strongest ones are written out for LinkedIn and Facebook in your voice.

03

You review

Drafts arrive by email or in your own dashboard. Edit what needs it, approve what's ready, send back what isn't.

04

Publish

Post it yourself, or on Content Integrated, approved posts publish on schedule and their results feed back into next week's scoring.

Why it's different

Most AI content tools write generic posts. This one is built around your business.

It doesn't repeat itself

Every idea is checked against the last 90 days of what you've published, scheduled, or rejected. The same point in new words gets dropped before it reaches you.

It rotates across your topics

You set the content pillars that matter to your business. Research focuses on two of them each week, so your feed doesn't turn into one opinion posted twenty ways.

It learns from your results

On Content Integrated, the scoring model is rebuilt every week from your own post performance, so it learns what your audience actually engages with, not what works for someone else.

Nothing goes out without a person

Every post is reviewed and approved by your team before it's published. No surprise posts under your company name, on any plan.

Plans

Pick how involved you want to be

Same research and drafting engine on every plan. What changes is how drafts reach you and whether publishing runs itself.

4-6 hrs
saved every week, running marketing as a department of one
Built in-house first

I built it for my own job before I sold it to anyone

The Content Flywheel started as the system I built to run marketing solo at a 3PL freight brokerage, where it took over research, drafting, and scheduling with no content hire. It now runs the content for LangLine and for clients in other industries, each on their own voice, feeds, and topics.

Questions

What people ask before they start

Will it actually sound like us?

Setup starts with your positioning, audience, and voice, built from your website and the posts you already have. Your edits in the first few weeks show where the voice is off, and I adjust your profile from them.

Who approves what gets posted?

You do. Nothing publishes without approval, on any plan.

What do you need from us?

A kickoff call, access to your website and social pages, and a few minutes a week to review drafts. On Integrated, admin access to your company pages so the platform connection can be approved.

Why does the LinkedIn connection take a month?

LinkedIn reviews every app that posts to company pages, and that approval usually takes about a month. Facebook takes about a week. Until a platform is approved, it runs on the Review workflow, so you're not waiting to start.

What happens when a draft isn't good enough?

Send it back. Rejected ideas are logged, so the system doesn't bring the same idea back next week in different words.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. It's month-to-month with 30 days' notice. The setup fee covers the onboarding work and isn't refunded once that work starts.
